a) Account Registration Information

- Membership details assigned to you by your gym.

b) Fitness and Progress Logs
- Workout performance metrics (completed exercises, sets, reps, weights, and session durations).
- Habit tracking logs (daily checklists and routines).

c) Device & Push notification tokens
- We collect temporary Expo push notification tokens to send you automated alerts from the gym console (e.g. newly assigned workout plans, class reminders, and invoices).
3. Device Permissions Disclosures (Crucial Permissions)
To enable core app features, the App requests access to specific hardware and software components of your mobile device. We only request permissions necessary to deliver the gym membership services:
- Camera Permission: The App requests access to your device camera. This is used solely for:
1. Scanning the physical check-in QR codes located at your gym’s entrance or front desk to register your attendance and trigger gate entries.
2. Taking a live photo directly from the app to use as your profile/membership identifier card.
- Photos / Media Library Access: The App requests access to read your media storage/gallery. This is used to allow you to upload an existing profile picture from your gallery to your member profile.
- Biometrics / Local Authentication (Face ID & Fingerprint): The App allows you to toggle app-lock security. The verification is handled entirely by the secure enclave of your device's operating system. No biometric data is ever sent to, accessed by, or stored on our servers.
- Push Notifications: The App requests permission to send notifications to inform you of class booking confirmations, direct social Kudos received, tribe join requests, invoice updates, and payment reminders.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following operational purposes:
- To allow you to check in to your physical gym facility via QR code.
- To track, calculate, and display your workouts, attendance statistics, streaks, and gamified level ranks.
- To synchronize workout plans, class bookings, and invoices from your gym's management desk.
- To deliver push notifications relating to active memberships.
- To provide the Kudos appreciation feed and tribe group listings.
5. Data Security & Storage
All data exchanged between the App and the Fitplex servers is securely transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption. We store data on secure server environments and implement strict organizational protocols to restrict data access on a need-to-know basis.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as you maintain an active member account at your gym.
